Location is good, the ice machine located each floor is brilliant. Classic design and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nat one of the Concierge’. The rooms were well equipped and spacious. They were clean and well maintained. This was an ideal location for visiting the Christmas Markets in Marienplatz and there was another Market within a short walking distance from the Hotel.
Negative:
The only downside was the price of the Breakfast. This has to be one of the most expensive breakfasts in the World. 28 Euros per person for as much as you can eat was too much to swallow!

For being a 4 start hotel, I cannot believe this is one of the worst Hilton we have ever been! We spent almost 2 times the price on this hotel because it was a German holiday/October fest weekend. For the price it was totally not worth it! With any Hilton brand, one thing that defines them above every other hotel is their attention to details and this is what we expect! The hotel room’s wall paper was peeling off; there was spider web on the ceiling/walls. The coffee/tea container was dirty and had someone’s hair clip left in it. Worst thing was when we took a shower, the smell of rotten, moldy water with the combination of steam made the bathroom smell horrible. Like I mentioned above, I would expect this at a 3 star hotel, not at Hilton.
