Excellent location for a city break. Well located on the outskirts of Munich, as the train station is just 5 minutes walk away so you can get into Munich city centre quickly and easily. There a few shops in the vicinity and a choice of 2-3 reasonable places to eat within a 10 minute walking distance. Also good spacious room, very clean and tidy throughout, and a good breakfast buffet!

Hotel Demas is a nice place to stay. I qualify this hotel as a German Style Hotel well adapted for business people and family. Rooms are well sized and very cleaned. The ratio price/service is very interesting.

The hotel looks very well maintained and clean. The hotel staff is nice and happy to help anytime. The room was clean, warm and has good facilities (the bathroom well equiped and very clean).
Negative:
The pillows are definately not the best ones – I will strongly recommend the hotel to invest in new pillows. Unfortunately there are too soft that you can’t see any difference if you sleep on them or not – in either way you feel the bed. The room has no fridge – which is not a good idea for those who are buying something from “Penny” shop (in the same building with the hotel) and try to cool the food or dinks.
