Positive:
Fantastic location with friendly staff! Spot on!!
Positive:
Centrally located in the heart of Munich it provided easy access to everything. The staff at the hotel could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
Positive:
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and breakfast was good. Good value for budget-minded travelers and very close to the train and the old city. The only issue, which was not the fault of the hotel, was that there was construction going on right in front of the building.
Positive:
The cosy warm colours and atmosphere
Positive:
I stayed for 4 nights during a very crowdy time in Munich. It is simple and comfortable, has an excellent location, very close to Hauptbahnhof, very close to Karlplatz, very clean, frendly personnel, excellent breakfast. The bathroom was a little small, but considering the fair price it was a very nice package.
Positive:
Small elegant and cosy family-managed hotel, helpful and friendly staff, hospitality, very convenient location, good value for money. We had a very positive experience staying in this hotel. Thank you!
Positive:
Friendly staff
Negative:
Can’t use WiFi on my htc smart phone, the staff said that happened but he had nothitng to do with that. He doesn’t know how to change setup. Thats very inconvenient since my phone works fine everywhere and I have no idea of the setting, either.
Positive:
Close to Munich hbf, inexpensive, quiet, clean, good breakfast
Negative:
No air conditioning, so it can get warm in the summer
Positive:
Close to the train station. Maybe not the greatest neighborhood but OK. Very easy to get U Bahn, trams or walk to old town
Negative:
No elevator.
Positive:
It is in a very convenient location, close to the rail network & the price is fair. The staffs are friendly & the room is very clean & neat.
Negative:
No lifts, so taking the luggage up & down 3 floors is a bit of a struggle.
Positive:
Staff went out of their way to be accomodating and were very kind to my grand daughter and myself. Breakfast was exceptional. The location was perfect with trains and transportation all close by. Many beautiful areas of the city were within walking distance. We are glad we choose the Hotel Eder; my grand daughter, Sophia, commented that it was her favorite hotel of our trip.
Positive:
Staff were very kind. Bavarian rooms by their design reminded us of luxury Canadian cabins.
