Just outside you can find the s bahn, u bahn and tram that go directly to the center in 10 mins. Moosach neighborhood is quiet and even if the stations are so close, the rooms are soundproof. Right close to the Hotel there is a great cheap and delicious bakery and as well a cheap and clean QUEBAB restaurant. In general the Hotel is so clean and the service is excellent.
    Negative:
Hitting systems only works with fun so you have to compromise between a warm and too dry room or a fresh room but at least with breathable air, but anyhow that did not affect our stay.

It was close to transport links and had a good bakery underneath.
    Negative:
Expensive, but this was probably due to Champions League Final.

Excellent friendly hotel. Located away from city centre but adjacent to train and underground station (under 30mins to centre). Excellent cafe next door (belongs to hotel?). Good bars and restaurants nearby. Mainly helpful staff. We went at a very busy time (Champions League Final weekend) but were charged a reasonable rate. Many other hotels were charging over €200 per night. Drink/snack machines in reception and not at rip off prices like London. (e.g. Mineral water €1.)
    Negative:
Rooms very compact. Quite noisy at night due to freight trains passing by, but not unbearably so. Good effective double glazing so could minimise noise, but only with windows closed. However, the air conditioning worked very well. Surly night receptionist.

Easy access to the S bahn train, only 2 minutes walk. You can see the hotel as you get off the train. Complimentary Umbrellas when it rains, but just to borrow.
    Negative:
    Pillows.

I’t was a nice small room , very clean , there were a coffee and tea facilities, internet access was good, but if you want to access with more than one point, it will be a problem. the metro & bus station is very close to the hotel ( 1 minute of walking ) and there was a nice bakery next door , that can cover your breakfast.
    Negative:
It’s depends on what size of the hotel you are , – because the metro station is so close that you can hear it for most part of the day and night. The girl in the resection was there apathetic.

Comfortable bed, climate control, easy transfer to the historical centre.
    Negative:
Sliding door that closes either toilet or bathroom in double-room, missng soap, missing hand towel after room cleansing, rather distant location from the historical centre.

Wow! Situated right on top of the Moosach S-1 Bahn, U-3 Bahn, Bus, and Tram 20 routes. VERY quiet despite proximity to rail. Ten minutes to Nymphenburg. Twenty minutes to Marienplatz. Security – key card access to underground parking and elevator. Excellent WiFi connectivity. Despite no on-site dining, bakery next door is a 7-day per week operation and the food was excellent.
    Negative:
No telephone or in-room clock. No hand soap, only hair/body ‘shampoo.’ No hand towels.
