I have been in M1 hotels hundreds of nights so my answer is roughly the same always; good position mostly, easy parking, fair prices even during trade shows and events, easy to book, very decent breakfast compared to the cost, clean, modern, quiet… I would say M1 marketing people have done a good job in trying to understand what an average traveller prefers in this price class.
    Negative:
For frequent travellers like me I would love to pay extra for a DIY laundry washing capability. One comment (not complaint ;-) I have about the travellers themselves, not M1; during breakfast people behave like cattle in Chicago before butchering. They walk on others toes, steal reserved tables and are very loud. But this falls into the category of mommy not having taught any habits at home. Ja.

We were very happy. The lobby was posh and the rooms were modern, clean, and the bathroom shower was spacious. The staff was very helpful, as we forgot to bring an alarm clock and they showed us how the tv is also an alarm clock.
    Negative:
It was a 10 min. Drive from main area of town. But, we chose it over staying in town because the price was better. Now, I would go back again to this hotel because it was very nice.

We found this hotel very new, modern, and very good value. The breakfast was great, with loads of variety.
    Negative:
The location was a bit out of the city centre, and a short walk to the nearest metro station.

Prettily decorated for Christmas. A bit of a ride to town for shopping or city trip, but certainly do-able, even tho we had bad weather. Wifi worked, though it was extra in the room. Only free in the lobby areas. We didn’t eat the breakfast, but for 7.50e we expected more. McDonald’s is a short walk away. An absolute must is a visit to the Osteria Italiana, the Italian restaurant they recommend. Magnifique!
    Negative:
A bit under-staffed, so difficult during certain hours to get much help. They charged us a 10e deposit to borrow an unbrella for our walk to dinner in the rain. They charged for every little thing.

The Professional staff, The design of the whole hotel, the bar/lounge
    Negative:
It was very hot in the room, when opening the windows you could not hear the tv because off the traffic. Airco in the room didn’t seem to work

Staffs were very helpful. Bed is comfortable. Hotel looks modern, new, and clean.
    Negative:
It is not too far from the station, but it is in Zone 2. So the price of transportation is more expensive than in the city. At night it was a little bit dark on the way from station to hotel but it seems safe.
