Elegant facility, staff helpful in letting us know about rail services into Munich. Comprehensive breakfast. Pleasent suburban location within three blocks of S-Bahn rail station. Room compact but adequate. Strong WIFI.
Negative:
For some reason, staff didn’t want us to use the on site parking lot their writeup in Booking.com indicated they had – as such, we had to park on the street. This wasn’t a major issue, as several high end cars in neighbourhood, but not as implied in the description of facilities. Tiny TV.

очень хороший отель, в удобной доступности от станции, совсем немного времени (10-15 минут) до центральных остановок. при желании можно несложно дойти до нимфенбургского парка. тихое место, красивая природа, у нас был номер на первом этаже, вместо балкона выход прямо в сад, очень красиво даже в середине ноября. белки играют, птицы поют… хозяева весьма отзывчивые. неплохой завтрак: много разной мясной и сырной нарезки, чуть подкопченая семга, фрукты, омлет и яйца всмятку, паштеты, круасаны, выпечка всякая, мюсли много видов, соки, варенье разное и прочее. в целом очень спокойно, приятно. хороший вариант, чтобы провести день: проснуться, позавтракать, поехать погулять в центр, посетить всякие интересные места, вкусно поесть и вернуться в тихое приятное место, чтобы отдохнуть.

отель находится как бы в коттеджном поселке, поблизости не обнаружили никаких кабачков. впрочем, это нельзя считать недостатком, все самое интересное в центре.

As acomodações são boas. O café da manhã é ótimo. Locallização bem próxima ao metro, em bairro silencioso, com muita área verde e não comercial. Dá para ir a pé ao Jardins de Nynfenburgo.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schoenen Gegend, etwas ausserhalb, sehr leicht zu erreichen mit dem Auto, Parkplatz auf der Strasse umsonst, sehr ruhig, mit Garten, gruen, S-Bahn nach Muenchen Stadtmitte liegt keine 3 Minuten entfernt, 15 Minuten mit der S-Bahn. Es gibt nur wenige Raeume, wenige Gaeste, das personal – ich nehme an der Besitzer – war sehr nett, hilfreich. Fruehstueck war reichlich, gut, hohe Qualitaet der Speisen. Eine Zeitung waere noch nett gewesen zum Fruehstueck – es gab nur 1 fuer alle Gaeste.

Die Empfangsdame am dar der Anreise war sehr jung und leider auch sehr unerfahren, konnte uns keine Hilfe in Bezug auf S-Bahn geben, aber das war ok, wir haben sie alleine gefunden. Auch hat sie uns ein relativ dunkles Zimmer zugewiesen, obwohl das Hotel leer schien. Es waren kaum Gaeste da. Die Erklaerung war, dass es sonst keine weiteren freien Doppelzimmer gaebe – das kam uns etwas seltsam vor. Das Fruehstueck gibt es leider nur bis 9:30 – und das an einem Wochenende. Und mitten in der Nacht fiel der Foen von der Wand – die Foenhalterung war etwas notduerftig festgeklebt – der Foen sollte ersetzt werden in Zimmer 10. Die Kabel lagen dann frei. Dennoch. Preislich war das Hotel ueber dem Schnitt, aber die Leistungen, Lage, Freundlichkeit, Fruehstueck haben es gerechtfertigt. Und das dunkle Zimmer war nicht so schlimm – wir sind ja eh nur zum Schlafen und Fruehstuecken da gewesen.
